All interior designers work a little differently and may offer different services. At Plush Design Interiors, I offer a small range of services designed to provide you with all the help you need. From one small, but very important, room through to a whole-of-house renovation, I treat your home as if it were my own.

 

There’s nothing better than knowing you are in safe hands. It’s important to me that you understand exactly what services will be provided and how much they will cost. No surprises!

 

So if you need a little help to set you off in the right direction, Plush Design Interiors can help you. However, if you’re going to Europe for three months and want to come back to a fully renovated home, well, I can help you with that too.

Plush Design Interiors : SERVICES + FEES

I like to work within the comforts of your own budget. Fixed fee reports are an excellent starting point for renovations and redecorating.

 

Interior Design projects may include colour consultation, selection of textiles, lighting, art works, furniture, re-design of floor plans, 2D and 3D concepts, cabinetry design, solutions for small, awkward, or big spaces.

 

  • Interior Design Report : $550 fixed fee
  • Pre-Sale Home Styling Report : $250 fixed fee
  • Hourly rate for Interior Design Projects – $85ph – $125ph
  • High-Quality 3D Rendering – from $400 per room
  • Agreed Project Fee for Interior Design (based on your project and what you require)
  • 10% of the Total Design or Build Budget. Includes Project Management

 

I Offer Savings from My Wholesalers and Contacts

Savings from my wholesale and trade contacts are passed on to you when purchasing supplies and decor items. I do not request or accept payments from suppliers and contractors. Therefore, I can recommend trusted suppliers and contractors or work collaboratively with your own.

Interior Design Services

 

Full services from planning + design to implementation + project management. These services are for a specific room (kitchen, bathroom, etc) or project (open plan kitchen/living) through to whole-of-house interior design for new builds, renovations, or extensions.

Interior Design Report

This is a comprehensive interior design report unique to your home and your needs. It’s most suitable for home owners who are not sure which direction to take for their renovation or redecorating project.

It’s a great way to start working with me without obligation. The report is both visual and written with ideas on design, colour, layout and floor plans. Full Report : $550

 

Pre-Sale Home Styling Report

Before you sell your home, ask for a pre-sale home styling report. I’ll advise on how to maximise the presentation of your home in order to add greater sale value to your home. Typically, a budget of 1% for home styling will increase a house sale price by up to 10%. Pre-Sale Home Styling Report : $250

Kitchen Design

The hub of the home, kitchens have morphed into multi-functional and very social spaces. A kitchen renovation will add exceptional value to your home both for re-sale and for the function and comfort of your home.

Bathroom Design

 

Beautiful bathrooms sell homes. But they also provide home owners with either a practical and stylish family space or a private en-suite oasis. Storage, surfaces, and style will provide a stunning bathroom you’ll love for years.

Bedroom Design

Your outdoor living space is just as important as your interior. So use the same professional expertise to design and style beautiful spaces in your garden, courtyard, or balcony and around recreational spaces.
